How can I get your price list?
Please email us the products’ codes in our site together with your company name、street address、phone number、fax number, we will reply you as soon as possible.
How could I get the samples?
If you have a FedEx、DHL、TNT account or other courier freight collectable account and agree to pay the sample the courier freight. We will send the samples to you after receipt of your payment.
If you don’t have an account, you can send your courier to collect samples from our company, please find our contact information in our site.
How much the courier freight will be for the samples?
Courier freight depends on the quality、weight and volume of the samples.
What kind of material do you use?　Are they fire resistant？
Inflatable games are made by 18OZ flame retardant Vinyl.

Which certificate does your product meet?
Our jumps meet CE, ASTM certificate. Our bowers have CE, UL & GS,TUV, RS certificates.
What is included in each product package?
Unit item includes: inflatable game; air blower with instructions & stakes; ground sheet; kit bag (including same color material, glue, needle, thread, rope etc.); instructions & notice on inflatable; stakes on inflatable for soft surface; sand bags for hard surface.
Is there any guarantee on your products?
our inflatable games can be used more than 100,000 person-hours.
If it is damaged, you can use the glue and the material in kit bag to mend it.
I just want to buy a few pieces of your products, what should we do?
Our minimum order is 1 unit.
How to place an order?
Please send us your purchase order by e-mail or fax; or you can ask us to send you a Proforma invoice or confirmation order for your order.
We need to know the following information for your order:
＊ Shipping information — company name, street address, phone number, fax number, destination airport or seaport, transportation method (by courier, by air or by ocean container).
＊ Product information — item numbers, quantity, unit price, total value.
＊ Delivery time required.
＊ Freight payment — by collect or prepay.
What’s you usual payment term for order?
T/T. At least 50% down payment, the balance must be paid before shipment.
If the order is urgent, you should pay 100% in advance to save time.
How about your delivery time?
Regularly, one unit needs 5-15days; the quantity of 20’container need 45-50 days excluding transportation time.
How can you start our order?
After receipt of the down payment, we will start your order; when it’s finished, we will e-mail you the products’ digital photos for your confirmation, we will order the ship or plane after receipt your balance payment.
How can the products be sent to us?
＊ For small quantity or weight less than 20kgs sent usually by courier, please send us your UPS ,DHL ,FEDEX,TNT account or other courier freight collection account, the freight will be collected.
＊ For orders from 20 to 500kgs can be sent by air / sea to the airport/seaport near from you.
＊ For big quantity or volume, sent usually by ocean container.
The transportation way depends on client’s choice. Freight depends on quantity, weight, transportation way, destination; freight time depends on country (airport or seaport).The sea/air freight can be collected or prepaid.
Can you arrange the transportation for us?
Yes. Our company have Imp & Exp license. We can arrange sea, air or courier transportation for you and Export them to you by ourselves.
